Orpheus v Hades

“Consumed by the grief of his beloved; Orpheus himself made way to the land of the dead. His elegant singing and skillful hands with the lyre, had bought him good will and passing with the Charon, and his trusty Cerberus. Water eases as they leave the realm, and enter into a not so easy infernal river. By looking around at the infernal marshes that flank the river, and the burning smell in the air. Orpheus knew exactly where he was. Styx. It seemed like forever, or maybe it was instant; That the fiery mist that shrouded the river had suddenly died down. There, Orpheus laid his eyes on that marsh. That terrible marsh. And in that terrible darkness. In that abyss. Waiting on his lair of the damned….Hades.”
